Navya is an AI business assistant operated by ViralStuffHub. When you message @navya_biz on Instagram, Meta provides your message and Instagram-scoped sender ID to our service so Navya can reply. We store those messages and replies to maintain conversation context and prevent duplicate replies.
To generate a reply, recent conversation text is sent to OpenAI with response storage disabled. Do not send passwords, OTPs, payment details, or private customer records. We do not sell your DM content or use it for advertising.
You can request deletion of your Navya conversation by sending “delete my data” to @navya_biz. We will verify the request against the sending Instagram account and remove locally stored messages. Instagram and OpenAI may handle information under their own policies.
