Send “delete my data” from the Instagram account you used to chat with @navya_biz. We will use that account to identify the Navya conversation, remove its locally stored messages and replies, and confirm in the same Instagram thread.
This removes data held by the Navya service. It does not erase messages from Instagram or data held by other providers under their own policies.
